Batcher in Charge

We are looking for an experienced Batcher in Charge to lead our concrete plant team.

Must Have (Mandatory):

• Front End Loader (FEL) Licence

• At least 6 months of concrete batching experience

• A strong focus on safety

Work Hours:

• Day shifts with early morning starts.

• Monday to Saturday.

• Saturday hours are a half-day: 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Midday).

What You Will Do:

• Keep the work site safe and report any hazards.

• Run the plant and equipment day-to-day.

• Make concrete safely and to the correct standards.

• Help customers with their orders and delivery times.

• Take cash payments and make sure the money is correct.

• Check stock and do basic weekly and monthly reports.

• Lead, help, and train other team members.

What You Need to Wear (Safety Gear):

• Steel-capped boots

• Long pants and long-sleeved shirts

• High-visibility (hi-vis) clothing

• Gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• White Card

• Forklift Ticket

• Confined Space Training

• Working at Heights Training
